This washed Ethiopia coffee is from the small village Edido, which is a microregion of the infamous Yirgacheffe region. The coffees are processed through the Aricha washing station and is about 8 kilometers from the center of Yirgacheffe Town. The soils in this region are red-brown clay soil, about 1.5 meters deep. The Aricha station is well know for processing coffees with juicy fruitiness and sugary, floral sweetness.
The washed Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee beans are Ethiopia Heirloom variety and packed with floral and juicy flavors. You can taste hints of jasmine and peach fruit with a lovely sweet and smooth finish. The beans are grown at 1,850 - 1,900 masl and creates the wonderful floral perfume in the coffee.
