RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for considering Burwell Beans LLC for your coffee needs! Please read our returns and refund policy carefully, before contacting us.
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every bag of coffee you purchase from us meets your expectations.
However, due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns for bags of coffee, unless there is a defect in the product or the packaging is damaged.
Gift Cards and Equipment
Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
Equipment is not returnable or refundable unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Equipment such as brewers and grinders is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Requesting a Refund or Return
If you wish to request a return, please review the following policy:
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To request a return, please contact us via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
- If the return is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the returned items and the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is not a result of our error, we will only issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
