Light Roast
Light roasts are closest to the natural flavors trapped inside the bean and have a pleasing, bright acidity. A must try -you’ll be amazed at what you’ve been missing!
Medium Roast
Sometimes called City Roast, this is the most popular style in the United States. The acidity is not as bright, but aromatics are at their peak creating a cup that’s balanced and complex.
Dark Roast
Dark roast is known for bolder flavors and sweet taste. It features lower acidity and occasional hints for cinnamon, nuts and chocolate.
