Sumatra Single Origin GR1 – Takengon Sara Ate
A wonderfully roasted dark roast Sumatra. This is wet-hulled coffee, combining hybrid processing methods of natural and wet processing, giving it a very distinct flavor from Indonesia. The green coffee is produced in the Takengon region from a collective of small farm owners in the Sara Ate Coop.
The beans are grown at 1200 masl and are the Catimor variety.
