Committee III Breakfast Blend is named after our Founder's 1954 The Martin Committee III tenor saxophone. If you liked our previous breakfast blend The Martin, you'll surely love this one that has a bit more body and clarity, but still super smooth.
A great breakfast blend to sip anytime! Well balanced with low to medium acidity and fruit notes hinting through each sip. A nice hint of bittersweet chocolate finishes with a lingering aftertaste.
Tasting notes:
- Bittersweet Chocolate
- Citrus Fruits
- Black Cherry
Blend of varieties from Guatemala (1,490 - 1,680 masl), Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (1,950-2,150 masl) and Colombia (2,100 masl) origins.
