I love a light roast, and what a fine one this is… Burwell Beans is doing a great job with all their coffees, but I’ve quickly grown very fond of Ethio-Jazz. It is simply superb!

Best coffee ever. RUN don’t walk to Burwell Beans. ETHIO is the most amazing antidote to morning fog. Splendid purveyor, devoted to quality and service and coffee lovers.

New view on Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Other coffee roasters I always found this type of coffee to be a bit sour. Speaking with Rick it should never taste like that. He explained it’s all about the quality of beans and roasting process and boy was he correct. His roast is night and day compared to others. Very smooth and mellow. Could drink all day long. Thanks Rick for shedding some new light on this type of coffee.

My family lives and dies (from lack of caffeine…) by this roast – absolutely incredible! As other reviewers noted, very smooth and mellow, not at all acidic or sour – also, the lighter the roast, the more caffeine that sticks around 🙂

I’m new to homemade espresso, and this blend hits all the right notes!
