Guatemala Antigua beans grown at 1600 masl, from La Travesia farm and processed at Finca Capetillo. They are an heirloom of Bourbon, Catuai and Caturra varieties. Medium Roasted, this coffee is certainly one to try, while in season!

Taste notes:

  • Toffee
  • Vanilla
  • Fruity
  • Chocolate

Inspired by the Marimba musical instrument, one of the earliest melodic instruments made by man. It's very similar to a xylophone with  different-sized wooden keys which are struck with mallets. In Guatemala, where the biggest development of the instrument was within South America, the word Marimba means “the wood that sings”.
