SKU: CAM Category: Tag:

This organic varietal of Bourbon and Typica bean varieties, comes from the Monte Alban region and processed though a collaboration of 400 small-scale producers from Siera Sur de Oaxaca in Mexico. The coffee growers have been producing coffees for over three generations in a small-scale traditional and mainly organic way. The beans are traditionally washed in micro-mills at each farm and grown between 1,300 - 1,900 masl. The quality certainly shines though in the cup, producing a wonderful coffee.

We have roasted this light/medium, to highlight the amazing characteristics of the traditional fully-washed process where the beans are sun-dried on patios and raised beds, resulting in an exceptional clean cup.

Taste notes:

  • Citrus Fruits
  • Honey
  • Blackberry
  • Juicy body

Mariachi is inspired by the musical genre namesake and also referring to the band gathering of  trumpets, violins and guitars, producing an unmistakable sound.
