El Salvador varietal of Pacamara, Bourbon, Pacas, and Catuai Arabica varieties, grown between 1,500 - 1,800 masl. The coffee comes from Loz Chelazos in Chalatenango, a northern district of El Salvador bordering with Honduras. Los Chelazos is a blend of coffees from two main cantons: Citalá and La Palma, part of the Montecristo a tri-border national park shared between El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. Designated as a biosphere reserve in 2011, this is a protected area of incredibly rich bio-diversity.

Loose Shoes is a play on the local fandango-style dance called zafacaite which incorporates fast stepping movements and is said to make the dancers occasionally lose a shoe. The music has a fast paced rhythm usually played using guitars, accordions or violins.
